I'm not aware when Godday made this change neither I was informed in writing. I'm the administrator, in case of problem encountered most the time either seeking advice/help from relevant forums on Internet or searching Internet for suggestion. Their local help center in Hong Kong is permanently engaged with service provided from 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) only. In many occasion I have to try for hours and hours before getting connected. Godaddy live-chat is very difficult to connect. public_html directory is displayed on FileZilla, with the data of all domain/subdomain websites shown on this directory. cPanel has a Default User Account along with Additional FTP Accounts Associated with each Domain. If any of these details are incorrect then the error may occur. User’s Incorrect Login Details : For FTP Access, user’s need to enter their correct Username and Password. If directories that should be on the server are not on the server, either re-upload them or if that's not possible, contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance.
